This page is a working template. OnlyLocus will have it checked by a qualified advisor before treating it as final legal text.
OnlyLocus indexes public data and links to the original sources. We host no media of our own, so the files themselves live on the platform that hosts them, not on our servers.
Even so, if you hold a copyright and you believe a link on our site points to something that infringes your rights, tell us and we will look into it. When a notice checks out, we remove the entry it points to.
Tell us how to reach you, so we can follow up. Name the work you say is infringed, and paste the exact OnlyLocus links you want us to review.
Add a short statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, an agent, or the law. Confirm that what you have sent is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or someone acting for them. A typed name works as your signature.
For now, send your notice to Telegram @ElvisOnlyDev. Once a formal DMCA agent email is in place, the operator will publish it on this page.
If we removed an entry and you think that was a mistake, you can push back with a counter-notice.
Include your contact details, point to the entry that was taken down, and add a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed in error. Send it the same way, through Telegram @ElvisOnlyDev.
We remove entries that infringe. A source that keeps coming up in valid complaints may be blocked from the catalog for good.
A false copyright claim can carry real legal weight, so send a notice only when you genuinely hold the rights. If you are unsure, talk to a lawyer before you file.
