This page is a working template. OnlyLocus will have it checked by a qualified advisor before treating it as final legal text.
These terms govern your access to onlylocus.com and everything on it. By opening the site you agree to them. If any part does not work for you, stop here and do not use the service.
OnlyLocus is a search catalog that indexes public profile data from OnlyFans creators and links to the profiles themselves. We keep cached avatars and short preview clips on our servers so pages load quickly. Galleries, paid posts, and messages stay on the creator's own page. We are not affiliated with OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited, and no endorsement by them is implied.
You must be 18 or older, or 21 where your local law sets a higher bar. Opening the site is your confirmation that you meet that requirement in your own jurisdiction.
Use the catalog lawfully and leave it usable for everyone else. You must not:
The catalog's design, code, structure, and editorial text belong to OnlyLocus and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Profile names, images, and descriptions belong to the creators and rights holders they came from. We claim no ownership over any of it.
The service is provided as is and as available. Profile data comes from public sources and can be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. We make no promise about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties as far as the law allows.
As far as the law allows, OnlyLocus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site. That holds even if we were told such a loss was possible.
We can suspend or block access at any time, without notice, if these terms are broken or if the site is being abused. Sections that should reasonably survive the end of access, such as ownership and liability, continue to apply.
Every profile page links to OnlyFans and sometimes to a creator's other public accounts. Those sites are run by other people under their own terms and their own privacy rules. Following a link takes you out of our reach, and what happens there is between you and them.
If a profile in the catalog is yours and you would rather not be listed, write to us and we will remove it. We ask for something that shows the account is yours, so that nobody can delist a creator who did not ask for it. Removal is permanent unless you tell us otherwise later.
We may revise these terms. When a change matters, the date at the top of the page moves and the new version applies from the day it is published. Using the site after that counts as acceptance.
