You probably know me from Instagram; the bicep flexing, gym beasting, inspirational bodybuilder. Bodybuilding is what I do. I often say I eat, breathe and sleep bodybuilding which in all reality, I think you have to in order to bodybuild and bodybuild well! For me, when I achieved pro status as an IFBB Pro Woman Bodybuilder, it changed. It transitioned from a hobby or a passion into a career. Now when asked what I "do", I reply I'm a professional bodybuilder. The work I do is solely to support that effort and that is what leads me here.
