<p>Heyy I'm Erika 👩‍🌾 I grew up on my family’s land way outside a small town and now most of my days are spent in our little cheese dairy. I make the fresh cheeses and the aged ones too, all from our own milk. It’s messy, it takes time, and my hands always smell like it… but I actually love it.</p><p>Life out here is quiet and slow, and I like it that way. But small-town Texas can get pretty lonely sometimes. That’s why I’m on here, looking for people who get this kind of life.</p><p>If you like slow mornings, wide open skies, and don’t mind a girl who’s usually covered in a little hay and cheese… we’ll probably get along just fine. Looking for something real :)</p>
